Citizenre is positioning itself to be the volume- and low-cost leader in the development of renewable energy infrastructure, beginning with residential photovoltaic systems. Citizenre has several interrelated lines of business – two in place at present (Materials & Devices, Services & Generation) and others to come as new products and services are introduced. In each business line, the same business principles are applied: vertical integration, process standardization and fully integrated “friction-less” back end systems all serve to maximize business performance and control product supply.

The business lines are supported by the company’s research and product development activities. Successive generations of proprietary business processes enable the company to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness at each turn. As each successive ‘project’ of distributed assets is deployed, Citizenre’s footprint of installed assets – and happy customers –grows larger. With this growth in volume, further operational efficiencies have been possible.

Each such step in installation volume and product cost-effectiveness brings Citizenre closer to its near-term target: the ability to install REnU PV systems completely independent of state or utility rebates. At that time, Citizenre will be able to offer the cost savings of clean, renewable PV to customers from coast to coast.
