Systems & Generation
The Company’s efforts extend down-stream into the engineering, procurement, and construction of renewable energy assets. These activities are handled by our Systems & Generation division. This division is primarily responsible for bundling renewable energy technology and service for the customer.
The EPC service activities are further broken into two well-defined operating units. The first unit provides small to midsize services to – principally – the residential and commercial markets. This is our franchised unit, which draws on a deep history of experience and knowledge covering the best practices developed over the last 25 years and out of hundreds of installations that range from the off-grid cabin to the peak-shaving power plant for commercial manufacturing.
The second unit is equipped with the skill level necessary to provide the industrial and transportation sectors with large and unique installations. This is our specialized unit. The Company’s broad coverage allows us to leverage the distribution and marketing infrastructure of each unit to maximize the assets and remove redundant costs seen by our competitors; best-practices are put into action, standardized procedures are instituted, and patentable tools and processes are exploited to give Citizenre a clear advantage over our fragmented competition. Further details about our operating units can be examined by clicking on the hyperlinks provided to the right.
In some instances, Citizenre will own and operate these assets; while in other instances, it will transfer them after commissioning or after a period of time – at which point it will enter into agreements to continue supporting the facilities with operating and maintenance services. These build-own-operate, build-own-transfer and, build-transfer-operate arrangements will give Citizenre the chance to drive renewable energy in the marketplace as both a distributed and centralized solution. |
